The above answer is correct, but there are missing 2 important information:
# 1 cover remote controls and ensure that they are identicle the part numbers, not all Ford remotes used exactly the same.
# 2 you must all (simultaneously up to 4) Plan remotes or "knock-out codes from any remote does not exist.

Turn the key, even 4-times, until the doors unlock and lock, then press the release button all the remotes you want to program, wait for the lock and unlock, turn key in and try to achieve. Work for all remotes must be scheduled at the same time

1. Turn the ignition to run 8 times within 10 seconds with a time of 8 hours in RUN. Door locks will cycle to confirm that programming mode.
2. Within 20 seconds, press any button on the remote keyless first. Door locks will cycle to confirm, Programming.
3. In 20 seconds, press any key on the second remote keyless entry. Door locks cycle to confirm again, Programming.
4. Turn off the ignition. Blocking of a new cycle to indicate end of programming mode.
