The two schools first-class cuisine in the United States is the Culinary Institute of America in New York and Johnson & Wales University. Both schools offer comprehensive training in the food industry, including all parties to the maximum skills they need to be the leader at the highest level, but also what to share with other schools on how to operate a restaurant, a catering or other food - or beverage service.
You can learn to cook, but when you get to an entrepreneur who is not your career. Get an education as a whole as a food service professional training not only as someone elses slave in the kitchen.
