I think maybe get support, but I think they're great, and I have behind your teeth. Does anybody know how the cost is more or less, and if it hurts?

Yes, these devices than lingually. They are about $ 5,000. It hurts a bit first, just like any other device that is different, as it should be replaced by the tongue for a while, but go for it.
