Tomtom Cover Letter My Tomtom One Appears To Only Work On Postcodes Or Road Names?

My Tomtom One appears to only work on postcodes or road names? - tomtom cover letter

Is there another way to find an address? For example, the Travel Lodge in Halkyn in North Wales, indicated in a ZIP Code (CH8 8RF) stretches over several square miles and thus removed the TomTom took us to a McDonalds about 5 miles.

There are several ways to find a place in a TomTom.

Postcode and house number to be preferred in general. If the zip code you have is correct, it should be 5 miles away. This suggests an error in the level of TomTom (and they are numerous, including new maps!)

In the city, street, house number, the next best way. Remember that in this case, the name of the city can not be what you think. TomTom EC insist that it is not Ajax Stadium in Amstelveen, Amsterdam, which is a few meters (the setting of small towns in some areas, typical)

Another reason is also a point of interest. The hotel can be stored in 'hotels' in the database of POI? Otherwise, you can as a landmark or as a bookmark, or both.

The last way is to find a suitable mapHere you will find the appropriate place in the TomTom map and then navigate to the point of the map.

No, better set for the network, then in the zip code is. Re-configuration of the Tom Tom, which can help you.
